This Is For You If:

FAQs

What if I’m not dating or partnered?
Perfect. Everything we teach is rooted in your relationship with yourself first. And many of the tools work with or without a partner.

What if my partner’s not on board?
They don’t have to be. These tools are for you. And your shift creates the change.

What if I’ve tried everything?
You haven’t tried this. These tools are supported by science, mostly non-verbal, and designed for real life — not ideal circumstances.

What if I don’t want to talk about it anymore?
Good. You don’t have to. This is permission, practice, and strategy, for new experiences.

Is this process uncomfortable?
It’s a lot less uncomfortable than therapy. Intimacy is vulnerable — especially if you haven’t had the space to explore it before. But the process itself is designed to feel safe, clear, and doable. I teach in a way that’s grounded, gentle, and respectful of your pace. You’ll never be pushed to overshare or go beyond what feels right for you.
