FAQs
What if I’m not dating or partnered?
That’s ok. Intimacy is a life-time skill. Everything I teach is rooted in your relationship with yourself first. And many of the tools work with or without a partner.
What if my partner’s not on board?
They don’t have to be. These tools are for you. And your shift creates the change.
What if I’ve tried everything?
You haven’t tried this. I created this because I could see the void. Intimacy isn’t another conversation or a pill. It’s a personal skill and a relationship is a team skill.
My method, tools, and techniques are proven, tested, supported by science, and designed for real life — not ideal circumstances.
What if I don’t want to talk about it anymore?
You don’t have to. This is a new way, a new practice, with permission and strategy for new experiences.
Is this process uncomfortable?
It’s a lot less uncomfortable than therapy. Intimacy is vulnerable — especially if you haven’t had the space to explore it before. But the process itself is designed to feel safe, clear, and doable. I teach in a way that’s grounded, gentle, and respectful of your pace. You’ll never be pushed to overshare or go beyond what feels right for you.

Meet Your Coach, Amy Color
Hi, I’m Amy Color. I became the help my husband and I needed but couldn’t find.
I bridge the gap between men and women clarifying what intimacy is and how it actually works — biologically, psychologically, and relationally — especially in midlife, when desire, energy, and connection shifts.
My approach goes beyond traditional therapy and medical solutions, offering real emotional connection and physical intimacy skills that are usable in real life.
For over 25 years, I’ve coached people in real intimacy, sex, tantra, and relationship skills. My work is proven, practical, based in science. Real solutions to feel present, confident, loved and connected — with themselves and in their relationships.
